We can hardly contain our "Twilight"-obsessed excitement for Thursday, November 3, at 7:56 p.m. ET when we will premiere a never-before-released clip from the hugely anticipated "Breaking Dawn - Part 1" live on-air, to be introduced by megastars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.

This extra-special event is "MTV First: Breaking Dawn - Part 1," which is an opportunity for us to provide our fellow "Twilight" fans with some insider excitement surrounding the impending release of "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 1," due November 18, and catch up with the three actors following the clip's debut on MTV.com.

To get a feel for what members of the "Twilight" fandom hope to hear or see next week, MTV News sought out the expertise of Laura Byrne-Cristiano, who owns TwilightLexicon.com; Kara Hassell of TwilightersAnonymous.com; and Kallie Mathews from TwilightSeriesTheories.com.

In the exclusive clip, Byrne-Cristiano and Mathews hope to see some reactions to Bella's pregnancy from the wolf pack, while Hassell hopes more humans are involved.

"I love the Cullens and werewolves as much as the next 'Twilight' fan, but I'm dying to see a little snark from Charlie Swan (Billy Burke) or Jessica Stanley (Anna Kendrick)," Hassell said.

The ladies are also eager to see the dynamic between Stewart, Pattinson and Lautner during the MTV.com Q&A following the premiere of the clip.

"I hope and expect to see some great chemistry and a lot of comedy from the three," Hassell said. "We've seen them individually in interviews recently, but it's always a whole different ballgame when they are all together."

"I would really love to hear them discuss acting together, i.e. when Jacob finds out that Bella is preggers," Mathews added. "And what it was like to play off of each other's emotions in such an intense scene."

"[I would like to know] what scene are they the proudest of that they took part in," Byrne-Cristiano said. "In terms of end result on film."

Continuing with the theme of patiently waiting and eager anticipation, how are our dedicated experts preparing for the film's opening day and making the wait less painful?

"I'm so busy grabbing every interview and news story. It takes my mind off of it," Byrne-Cristiano said. "Plus, we are planning this big private movie showing for our fans in the Nashville area, so I've been really busy with that."

"I have re-watched each of the first three films, and I have the soundtracks on repeat in my car!" Hassell admitted.

"I am planning to be at the premiere with the rest of the fans!" Mathews said. "We are also giving away a ton of 'Twilight' merchandise at TwilightSeriesTheories.com leading up to the release. I will stay very busy!"

Don't forget: Fans can get in on our interviews with Stewart, Pattinson and Lautner by submitting video or text questions via MTV.com or Twitter (using @MTVNews, plus the hashtags #AskTwilight and #MTVFirst).

Be sure to tune in to "MTV First: Breaking Dawn - Part 1," which kicks off Thursday, November 3, on MTV at 7:56 p.m, followed by a Q&A with Kristen, Rob and Taylor on MTV.com!

Jay-Z, Kanye Watch The Throne Tour: Reviews Are In!

Jay and Kanye's WTT Tour opening in Atlanta did not disappoint.
By Rob Markman

Jay-Z and Kanye West appear to have another hit on their hands. Musically, the two titans have accomplished just about all there is — #1 LPs, top Billboard singles, Grammys, gold and platinum plaques, and high-grossing world tours. So when the pair embarked on their Watch the Throne Tour as an official duo, the expectations were no doubt high.

The reviews are in, and with its grandiose stage design, ginormous set list and striking onstage chemistry, it is clear that the Watch the Throne Tour does not disappoint. After two dates in Atlanta, Georgia (the tour's opening October 28 date and another the very next night), the critics sung the two rap heroes an overwhelming praise.

You've already read what MTV News and DJ Green Lantern had to say about it, now see what others thought about Jay-Z and Kanye West's regal run.

"Many in the high-energy crowd remained standing — and swaying and dancing and singing — for the entire 2½-hour show. At one point, as Jay-Z and West performed 'N---as in Paris' from their hit Watch the Throne CD, West exhorted the audience to 'Bounce! Bounce!' The resulting stomping had Philips Arena rocking and shaking in a way that it hasn't for the Hawks in a long time." — USA Today

"The Watch the Throne concert totally surpassed anything you would expect. From the 50-foot cubes, to the laser show and spectacular visuals, and in-and-out mini sets, the pair moved like a duo that has performed consistently for years." — AllHipHop.com

"Their enjoyment sharing the stage was obvious as they led the crowd through the refrain of 'Run This Town' and chanted over the heavy, chest-rattling bass in 'Monster' as more video of wild animals played behind them." — Atlanta Journal-Constitution

"The kings of hip-hop, Jay-Z and Kanye West, descended upon Atlanta on Friday and Saturday nights to begin their Watch the Throne tour reign and the two couldn't have been more regal during their performances." — XXLMag.com

"While there was virtually no way a concert featuring Jay-Z and Kanye West could ever be a dud, we have to say the duo lived up to our high expectations with last night's kick-off of their Watch the Throne tour. The hip-hop monarchs performed at the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, with an epic set list that featured selections from each artist's own behemoth catalog of hits as well as their Watch the Throne collaborations." — Idolator

Justin Bieber's 'Mistletoe' Video Director Shares Set Secrets

From Justin's iced-out grill to his offer to buy a Porsche, Roman White gives MTV News the behind-the-scenes scoop.
By James Montgomery

Roman White has directed videos for the likes of Seether, Taylor Swift and Lady Antebellum, but none of those projects prepared him for rather unique challenge of working with Justin Bieber, an artist who demands a certain level of secrecy.

Then again, White has been down this path before (he directed the Biebs' "One Less Lonely Girl" video in 2009). So when it came time for him to shoot the "Mistletoe" video, he was ready — and appropriately tight-lipped.

"We were casting, and everything had to be very secretive, so we were literally casting these girls, we couldn't tell them who it was, and we couldn't tell them any of the stuff, because we were trying to keep this shoot as much under wraps as we could," White told MTV News following the premiere of the "Mistletoe" video. "So this girl came out, her name is Allie Williams, and she was my number one pick from the minute she walked in. So I ended up casting her [as Bieber's love interest], and we went and did the fitting, and I got permission from my producer. ... I told her who it was, and she was really excited to be in it, to say the least."

As far as all that secrecy goes, judging by behind-the-scenes footage of the "Mistletoe" shoot, it was all for naught, as hundreds of Bieber fans showed up and squealed their way through the day.

"It did not work out so well," White said, laughing. "But it could've been worse!"

White also revealed that his previous experience had prepared him for Bieber's notorious on-set pranks. So when JB showed up sporting a seriously iced-out grill, the director wasn't shocked.

"We were about to start shooting the first scene, and he was walking around, and he had this grill in the bottom of his teeth. It was bedazzled like you wouldn't believe," White explained. "He kept walking by me and just smiling a little bit so I would see it. I think he was trying to stress me out, because he knew that I wasn't really going to want him to wear this glittery grill on the bottom of his teeth. And finally, I was like, 'We're not going to wear that, are we?' "

Now that the "Mistletoe" video has premiered, White let us in on a little secret: There's a whole lot more riding on it than viewers might imagine — like the Porsche Speedster that Bieber drives in the clip.

"When we were shooting the Porsche scene, and I told Justin, 'We should just buy this car and split it,' and he was like, 'If this video wins an MTV Video Music Award, I'll just buy you one,' " White said, laughing. "So I am starting the campaign right now ... a Christmas video has probably never won anything, but it's not about the award, it's about the car."

Angela And Vanessa Simmons SHAKE IT UP At Millions Of Milkshakes

Over the weekend, Vanessa and Angela Simmons created their own concoctions at Millions Of Milkshakes.  See photos of the whipped cream fun inside.....

Saturday, Pastry owners Vanessa and Angela Simmons created their own signature milkshakes at Millions Of Milkshakes in West Hollywood, California. They created the "A La Pastry" shake. And the name was chosen by one of their twitter followers who submitted the name to the “Name that Shake” campaign.

The tasty creation includes cookie dough, vanilla protein, non-dairy ice cream, whipped cream, oreos and chocolate syrup.  Yum!

Vanessa rocked her pink and green top with black jeggings and some killer platforms.

Meanwhile, Angela paid homage to Mickey Mouse with her cute top.

The fab sisters didn't waste anytime getting busy in the kitchen.   Earlier in the day, Angela tweeted,

Who's going to meet me at millions of milkshakes in west hollyood today at 1 to 4 pm today ? Come out and support a good cause! :)

A portion of Angela and Vanessa’s milkshake sales will benefit the ASPCA Association by raising funds and awareness for the organization.

Looks delicious!

'In Time': The Reviews Are In!

Justin Timberlake's sci-fi thriller has audiences and critics divided.
By Kara Warner

Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried in "In Time"
Photo: 20th Century Fox

What do you get when you mix a futuristic, time-as-money/life-or-death premise; a cast of pretty young things, including Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried, Matt Bomer and Cillian Murphy; plus the sound sci-fi sensibilities of writer/director Andrew Niccol ("Gattaca," "The Truman Show") and appropriately stylized cinematography by Roger Deakins ("True Grit," "The Reader")? "In Time" is what, a complex, visually appealing sci-fi thriller that has audiences and critics somewhat divided. (The critical collective over at Rotten Tomatoes is at 36 percent rotten, while its audience rating sits at 76 percent fresh.)

Take a few moments to check out the film's ticking points, if you will, as we sift through the "In Time" reviews!

The Story
"The premise builds on the notion that time is money. In the movie's dystopian future, where today's cars have tomorrow's grilles, time has replaced money. People are born with genetic clocks that stop at the age of 25; after that they've got one year in which to beg, borrow, steal or even earn more time. If they don't, the digital clocks embedded in their forearms dwindle down to zero and they time out, i.e., die. That's clever, right? But then there are roving gangs called Minute Men (Teddy Boy types out of 'A Clockwork Orange') who steal time; the borderline-silly spectacle of almost everyone looking 25; the polemic element of social injustice (the richest of the rich can live forever because they've got eons socked away); and the action-adventure element, a clumsy amalgam of Robin Hood, 'Bonnie and Clyde,' 'The Avengers,' 'Les Misérables,' 'Dick Tracy' (for the color and graphics) and Mr. Niccol's earlier, and impressive, genetic-engineering opus 'Gattaca.' " — Joe Morgenstern, Wall Street Journal

The Sci-Fi Confusion/ High-Concept Factor
"For a movie about the importance of maximizing every second, 'In Time' ultimately grows repetitive and wears out its welcome. It's fast-paced and hugely stylish, though, with its great-looking cast and a mix of gleaming, futuristic visuals and grimy, industrial chic. And it's a welcome return to the kind of slick sci-fi Niccol made his name on in the mid-'90s with 'Gattaca' and 'The Truman Show' (which he wrote). But his high-concept premise raises several nagging questions. Why do all the inhabitants of this dystopian world (which happens to look just like downtown Los Angeles and Century City) stop aging at 25, then find themselves with only a year left unless they can buy themselves more? When did this start — what is the purpose? And if Justin Timberlake is so busy working in a factory just so he can afford to live one day to the next, where does he find time to go to the gym?" — Christy Lemire, The Associated Press

The Performances
"There are moguls who are mean and have more time than God, which they bank in banks. Chief among them is a calculatingly evil Philippe Weis ('Mad Men's' Vincent Kartheiser, well-turned-out here too), with daughter Sylvia (Seyfried) the apple of Daddy's eye — although whether he loves her or time more will be tested. There are regular bad guys, time thieves called Minutemen, led by Alex Pettyfer, who seems to be getting a little too comfortable in bad-guy roles ('Beastly,' 'Tormented'), as Fortis. Meanwhile, inflation is rampant; the class divide is growing ever wider; the world is ripe for an action hero. Cue Timberlake. 'In Time' was supposed to turn Timberlake into a superhero, though given the way he manages a fairly massive pop career with an increasingly impressive acting portfolio ('Social Network' most recently), that may not be necessary. He brings an interesting sensibility to his characters, Will included, that suggest a complex interior that 'In Time' never quite reveals. The same goes for Seyfried ('Mamma Mia!,' 'Red Riding Hood'), who can do a lot more than use those big eyes and sleek lines." — Betsy Sharkey, Los Angeles Times

The Final Word, Pro-Con-Pro Style
"There's plenty to enjoy about that genre standard, which, with the help of the cinematographer Roger Deakins (shooting in digital), Mr. Niccol transforms into a neonoir gaudily washed in green and gold. There's a memorable night scene when Will and Sylvia sprint across a succession of roofs pursued by Raymond, the camera racing parallel with the couple, the exuberance of their freedom and flight palpable. Here, as in other scenes where Mr. Niccol let his images do the talking, the movie works, despite its wavering tone and slow-and-go energy. But then the characters open their mouths and start going on about minutes and hours, clocks and watches, and their time running out and not having enough time and where's my time, don't waste my time, that time will get you killed, brother can you spare some time because, well, I'm all out." — Manohla Dargis, The New York Times

"One problem with 'In Time' is that it's more fun to describe than to sit through. Another is that Niccol's direction of his cast is spotty at best. Timberlake has the steely visage and stubbled cheeks for a rogue hero, but Seyfried, always a watchable presence, has trouble connecting with Sylvia's inner rebellious streak or, for that matter, lending urgency to her line readings. The film's crucial failing, though, is that Niccol's imagination is vigorously literary but not thrillingly cinematic. The movie exhausts its capital about halfway through — devolving, as the Timekeeper tracks the lovers on the run, into a series of car chases and foot races, none of them very spiffily executed. If you're like me, you will be captivated by the first hour and, after that, impatiently checking your watch." — Richard Corliss, Time

"Even if 'In Time' descends from its gripping and thought-provoking premise into a mediocre chase thriller before it's over, it's still pretty damn satisfying to watch in the current climate. Of course the contradictions of capitalism are just as present in eras of widespread affluence as in eras of recession or stagnation, but we see them a hell of a lot more clearly at the moment. Niccol is dramatizing the human costs of the concentration of wealth, expressed by Philippe in the film with the formula that some must die so others can live forever. Somewhere Marx quips that capital is immortal even if its possessors are not; this movie's imaginative leap is to conflate the two and build a world where even death, the great leveler in human affairs, can be bought off." — Andrew O'Hehir, Salon.com

Beyonce's 'Countdown' Dancing 'Surprised' Original Choreographer

Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker is not 'angry or honored' by similarities to her '80s and '90s dances.
By Gil Kaufman

Beyoncé in her video for "Countdown"
Photo: Columbia

Imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery, but Belgian choreographer Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker is not flattered — nor angry — about claims that Beyoncé's "Countdown" video pays unattributed homage to one of her clips.

"Like so many people, I was extremely surprised when I got a message through Facebook about the special appearance of my two choreographies — 'Rosas danst Rosas' (1983) and 'Achterland' (1990) — in Beyoncé's new videoclip 'Countdown,' " De Keersmaeker wrote in a statement on the Performance Club website on Monday.

Not long after the clip for B's latest debuted, a number of websites pointed out the similarities between De Keersmaeker's work and the steps in Beyoncé's video. Before those side-by-side comparisons started popping up, the video's director, Adria Petty, told MTV News it was an homage to such icons as Audrey Hepburn and the Supremes, as well as classic films such as "West Side Story" and "Funny Face."

In it, Beyoncé not only shows her signature personality and spirit but also her emerging baby bump, and Petty said she presented the singer with a number of classic references, including some German modern-dance clips.

"Obviously," De Keersmaeker continued, "Beyoncé, or the video clip director Adria Petty, plundered many bits of the integral scenes in the film ... People asked me if I'm angry or honored. Neither. [O]n the one hand, I am glad that 'Rosas danst Rosas' can perhaps reach a mass audience, which such a dance performance could never achieve, despite its popularity in the dance world since [the] 1980s. And Beyoncé is not the worst copycat, she sings and dances very well, and she has a good taste! On the other hand, there are protocols and consequences to such actions, and I can't imagine she and her team are not aware of it."

Among the scenes juxtaposed in a popular online mash-up is one in which B is filmed through a window as her similarly dressed dancers cavort in the background, tugging on her shirt and hair in a fashion that is nearly identical to De Keersmaeker, who also sports a similar chopped-bangs look.

De Keersmaeker stressed that she's not angry over the alleged appropriation, but she did wonder why it has taken mainstream pop culture 30 years to recognize her experimental dance work. "A few months ago, I saw on Youtube a clip where schoolgirls in Flanders are dancing 'Rosas danst Rosas' to the music of 'Like a Virgin' by Madonna," she continued. "What does it say about the work of 'Rosas danst Rosas'? In the 1980s, this was seen as a statement of girl power, based on assuming a feminine stance on sexual expression. I was often asked then if it was feminist. Now that I see Beyoncé dancing it, I find it pleasant but I don't see any edge to it. It's seductive in an entertaining consumerist way."

A spokesperson for Beyoncé could not be reached for comment at press time. But according to The New York Times, in a statement Beyoncé explained, "Clearly, the ballet 'Rosas danst Rosas' was one of many references for my video 'Countdown.' It was one of the inspirations used to bring the feel and look of the song to life ... I was also paying tribute to the film 'Funny Face' with the legendary Audrey Hepburn ... My biggest inspirations were the '60s, the '70s, Brigitte Bardot, Andy Warhol, Twiggy and Diana Ross ... I've always been fascinated by the way contemporary art uses different elements and references to produce something unique."

Earlier this year at the Billboard Music Awards, Beyoncé was also accused of mimicking the choreography of a dance by Italian pop singer Lorella Cuccarini. Knowles later acknowledged being inspired by Cuccarini.

De Keersmaeker noted one other, more subtle similarity between her work and Beyoncé's, one that may not be obvious to the casual side-by-side Web observer. While Beyoncé is around four months pregnant in her clip, De Keersmaeker said when she filmed her 1996 film, she was also pregnant, with her second child. "So, today, I can only wish her the same joy that my daughter brought me," she wrote.

Eddie Murphy, Brett Ratner Can't Agree On 'Beverly Hills Cop 4'

'Tower Heist' director tells MTV News he's 'hoping' to get sequel made, while Murphy seems to have counted out the movie franchise.
By Kevin P. Sullivan, with reporting by Josh Horowitz

There seems to be two varying opinions on whether "Beverly Hill Cop 4" will ever happen. Ask the attached director, Brett Ratner, and he'll tell you he wants to make it happen with Eddie Murphy. But the response is ... rather different if you put the same question to the A-list actor.

MTV News recently caught up with Ratner as he promoted "Tower Heist," out this Friday and starring yes, Murphy. The director sounded hopeful about another "Cop" sequel.

"I think one day, I'm hoping, because it is one of the most iconic characters ever," Ratner told us. "Eddie does not go anywhere in the world where they're not like, 'Axel Foley, what's up?' more than 'Eddie Murphy.' It is something that our hope and desire is to get it made."

Much like he did with MTV News, Ratner has spoken on several occasions about his hopes for a fourth movie featuring the legendary Axel Foley, a Detroit cop who finds himself solving crimes in the very posh Beverly Hills.

In the latest issue of Rolling Stone, however, Eddie Murphy tells the magazine that the possibilities for a fourth "Beverly Hills Cop" film are dead.

"They're not doing it," Murphy told the magazine. According to the actor, the proposed screenplays didn't really support the making of a new film. "None of the movie scripts were right; it was trying to force the premise. If you have to force something, you shouldn't be doing it. It was always a rehash of the old thing. It was always wrong," Murphy says.

But Murphy has other ideas for the beloved character. "What I'm trying to do now is produce a TV show starring Axel Foley's son, and Axel is the chief of police now in Detroit," Murphy revealed. "I'd do the pilot, show up here and there."

Ratner himself acknowledged the challenges involved with revisiting the "Beverly Hills Cop" franchise. "It's a hard nut to crack, especially since there are three that exist before that. It's a hard thing," Ratner admitted, before adding that the three films allow him to see what worked in the series and what didn't.

Would you like to see a new "Beverly Hills Cop" movie? Let us know in the comments below and on Twitter!

TV FAB: Keenan Ivory Wayans BRINGING BACK ?In Living Color?

Producer Keenan Ivory Wayans is bringing back his classic FOX sketch comedy series “In Living Color.” Get the deets on Homie The Clown inside…..

In celebration of its 25th anniversary, FOX, along with host and executive producer Keenan Ivory Wayans are set to bring back “In Living Color” this season with two half-hour specials.

And if all goes well with the ratings (and we know it will) a rebooted version of the series will appear on Fox’s schedule as a regular series next fall. Keenan will be producing the series through his Ivory Way Prod., in association with 20th Century Fox TV’s Fox 21.

As you will recall, the series launched the careers of the Wayans brothers, Jim Carrey, David Alan Grier and Jamie Foxx among others. But this time around, Keenan is bringing on an all-new cast. No word yet on whether any of the “ILC” veterans will make an appearance (as folks like Marlon will be busy with his own ABC project), but I’m sure Fire Marshall Bill and Antoine Merriweather would be hilarious if they were updated for 2011.  Will J.Lo go back to her roots does a guest stint as a Fly Girl?

Who's your fave “ILC” character?

Britney Spears: Does Our Girl Still Have It?

Pop icon Britney Spears is making headlines all over the world for her recent songs, music videos and Femme Fatale tour, but not all of them are positive.

Her trademark scandalous, skimpy costumes have earned harsh criticism from some, while her devoted fans continue to flock to the singer's every show.

One thing's for sure: This is not the Britney Spears of old.

Lacy Britney Spears

The pop icon kicked off the UK leg of her tour in London Thursday night, showing off her ample, womanly curves in sexy bras, panties, leotards, etc.

The 29-year-old chanteuse, whose weight has fluctuated in recent years, is not shy about flaunting a slightly healthier midsection and ... other attributes.

But is she phoning it in these days? The Daily Mail reported that Britney’s ticket sales have been sluggish and that her lip synced performance at the O2 arena “lacked soul” and that there was “no real interaction between the singer and her fans.”

Michael Jackson Wasn't Addicted To Propofol, Expert Says

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers call their last two witnesses.
By Kara Warner

Dr. Paul White
Photo: Pool/ Getty Images

The involuntary manslaughter trial against former Michael Jackson doctor Conrad Murray is officially winding down, as the defense called its final two witnesses to the stand Thursday (October 27). Day 19 featured crucial testimony from addiction expert Robert Waldman and the man believed to be the defense's star witness, Dr. Paul White, a propofol expert.

The Witnesses
» Dr. Robert Waldman, addiction expert
» Dr. Paul White, anesthesiologist and propofol expert

Key Testimony
» Dr. Waldman testified that in examining the records of Jackson's use and reception of the sedative Demerol, the singer received unusually large doses of the drug and that Jackson had started to become immune to its potency. Waldman admitted, after a heated cross-examination by the prosecution, that while Jackson seemed to have a dependency on the drug, he was not addicted to it.

» At one point during cross-examination, Waldman was asked if he would consider administering a dangerous or harmful drug to a patient if the patient requested it. Waldman's response: "Absolutely."

» Dr. White kicked off the afternoon session by explaining to the court that he has been researching the use and effects of propofol since 1983, six years before it was approved by the FDA.

» When asked by the defense if he could justify administering propofol to a patient and then leaving that patient unsupervised, as Murray is said to have done, White said, "Absolutely not." He also stated that he wouldn't have expected Jackson to die from the amount of propofol Murray claimed he administered to the pop star. White is expected to take the stand again Friday when the trial resumes at 8:45 a.m. PT.

Murray has pleaded not guilty to the charge of involuntary manslaughter. He faces four years in prison and the loss of his medical license.

Michael Jackson Gave Himself Propofol, Expert Testifies

Final defense witness says Dr. Conrad Murray's care was substandard, but not involuntary manslaughter.
By Gil Kaufman

Propofol expert Dr. Paul White testifies in court Friday

The final day of testimony in the involuntary manslaughter trial of Michael Jackson's former doctor, Conrad Murray, was devoted to a defense witness who has reportedly pieced together a new explanation for how the King of Pop died. And if Dr. Paul White can convince the jury that Murray gave substandard care but that it didn't rise to the level of involuntary manslaughter, he could turn the tide for the beleaguered defense team.

The Witness
» Dr. Paul White, propofol expert

Key Testimony
» Anesthesiologist White readily admitted to defense attorneys Thursday that Murray's decision to dose Jackson with the surgical anesthetic propofol and then leave the room was not proper medical procedure. Returning to the stand Friday (October 28), he testified that he believes the singer killed himself by self-injecting a fatal dose of propofol. According to CBS News, White testified that he can't find proof to support the prosecution theory that Jackson's doctor was giving Jackson an infusion of the drug through an IV before the King of Pop's demise. He said that theory isn't supported by evidence found at the scene or in Murray's statements to police.

» White said the evidence found in the bedroom of Jackson's rented L.A. mansion is more consistent with him receiving an injection of the anesthetic. Earlier, prosecution witness Dr. Steven Shafer told jurors he believed Murray used an IV drop of propofol, which was the only way to explain the high levels of the drug found in Jackson's body.

» White also testified that Jackson could have swallowed up to eight tablets of the sedative Lorazepam on the morning of June 25, 2009, when he died. The Los Angeles Coroner's office determined that Jackson died of an overdose of propofol, with Lorazepam playing a contributing role.

» Cross-examination of White will take place Monday, which will give prosecutors time to review a new defense analysis of samples taken during Jackson's autopsy. Murray is not expected to take the stand in his defense.

Murray, who was being paid $150,000 a month to care for Jackson, has pleaded not guilty to the felony charge of involuntary manslaughter and is now facing four years in prison. But new sentencing laws in California aimed at mandatorily reducing state prison overcrowding mean that, as a nonviolent offender with no prior record, he could be sentenced to county jail instead. If that is the case, his sentence could be reduced to two years and, because of overcrowding in the Los Angeles County jail, he may be allowed to serve the majority of his time under supervised house arrest.

Ke$ha Celebrates National Coming Out Day

Kesha has joined forces with the Human Rights Campaign to help celebrate National Coming Out Day on Tuesday (October 11).

The pop singer created a special message T-shirt, featuring a purple zebra, that proclaims "We R Who We R," the title of her hit anthem about individuality. The shirts sell for $35, with all proceeds supporting the HRC's work to achieve equality for the LGBT community.

According to the HRC website, only 1,000 shirts will be produced.

Others are also using the day to bring awareness to LGBT issues. Several notable celebrities will be honored by the Equality Forum, which is hosting an event and profiling notable LGBT members in pop culture.

As LGBT History Month rolls on throughout October, Ricky Martin, Wanda Sykes, "Glee" creator Ryan Murphy and Pedro Zamora, a former "The Real World" castmember turned AIDS activist, all will be profiled by the organization.

"We're the only minority worldwide that's not taught history at home, in school or religious institutions," said Malcolm Lazin, Equality Forum's founder and executive director. "Like every group that's been marginalized, it really helps to make the case why we should take real pride in ourselves and our community."

Since launching the program five years ago, over 200 icons have been profiled, including Jane Lynch, Lady Gaga and Neil Patrick Harris. Lazin called LGBT month "empowering and life affirming."

The message comes amid increased awareness about young people being bullied, including MTV's A Thin Line campaign. The MTV film "DISconnected," which premiered Monday night, focuses on issues in a world where technology controls personal lives.

"I see the viciousness of people every day," said "Jersey Shore" star Vinny Guadagnino on the "DISconnected" after show. "I kind of want to be a soldier in the field, so to speak, and try to combat the negativity with a positive message. I want to help open people's eyes up, like this movie does, to the negativity."

Check out the Facebook page for "DISconnected."

How Do 'In Time' Stars Make The Most Of Their Time?

We ask Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried and more how they avoid wasting time at the DMV, on a plane and more.
By Kara Warner

Hey, Justin Timberlake fans: You can now celebrate your favorite triple threat's return to the big screen via the new sci-fi thriller "In Time." The film is set in the not-so-distant future in a society that lives and dies according to how much time you have and can acquire. In this world, time is literally money, and when your time runs out, you die.

In the spirit of making the most of time, although in not quite as serious a manner as is portrayed in the film, when MTV News caught up with the cast of "In Time," we asked a series of rapid-fire questions pegged to getting the most out of everyday scenarios: "How do you make the most of your time, when ... "

1. On a plane?
"Oh, I like to read or do crossword puzzles," said Vincent Kartheiser, whom "Mad Men" fans will recognize as bad guy Pete Campbell.

"I sleep, normally," Amanda Seyfried said, "but [I like to listen to] audio books or knit."

2. On hold with customer service?
"When the [customer service rep] comes back, I like to completely change voices," Timberlake revealed, changing his voice into a deep, serious baritone. " 'Hey, I'd like to speak to your supervisor,' and then [changing his voice into a high-pitched, younger voice], 'Hey, man, listen, I had a problem,' " he play-acted for us.

"I put [the phone] on speaker and get some work done," Matt Bomer said.

3. God forbid, when the Internet goes down?
"You should read a book," Bomer advised of this worst-case scenario. "Maybe the newspaper, get caught up on current events."

Seyfried told us she's trying to cut down her Internet use. "It gets to be time consuming, so when the Internet goes down, you just have to read the newspaper," she said.

4. When waiting at the DMV?
"Power through," Bomer advised of the always-long lines at the Department of Motor Vehicles. "Whatever you can get done. Sudoku, Maybe?"

"There's always one person who's like, 'I hate this place! I'm never coming back!' " Kartheiser said.

"Google whatever the state legal limit is for blood alcohol concentration, because that's usually why I'm there," Timberlake added with a laugh.

Check out everything we've got on "In Time."

Ke$ha, Adam Lambert, Ne-Yo Have A Few Royal Wedding Gift Ideas

From 'guyliner' to American delicacies like Uncrustables, Kathy Griffin, Mike Posner and more tell us what they'd get Will and Kate.

What kind of wedding gift do you give the royal couple who has everything?

The wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton is on Friday (April 29), so MTV News reached out to some of our favorite Hollywood celebrities — from Ke$ha to Adam Lambert. Fortunately, they had some solid ideas!

"I haven't met them, so it would be kind of awkward," the "Tik Tok" singer admitted to MTV News. "I might paint them something. Maybe I'll paint them a guitar."

Like Ke$ha, other celebs had suggestions that were from the heart, even if they weren't the most practical.

"I will go out on a limb and say these two individuals maybe haven't had Uncrustables before in their life. I would get them a strawberry Uncrustable," Mike Posner said about the pastry.

David Cook followed up on the all-American food idea. "I feel like they have everything except maybe they probably don't have an Applebee's gift card. I'll go [with an] Applebee's gift card," the "American Idol" alum said.

Other stars said they'd gift the British prince and soon-to-be-princess with an item they were personally best known for.

"I'd probably buy William some eyeliner," Lambert said. "He could do that, he could rock that look. I think."

Ne-Yo was more empathetic, saying he would give gifts that could help shield them from photographers and blend in with everyday people. "Three years' supply of sunglasses. Yeah, put them on. A bunch of baseball caps, throw those on, and try to move around like regular people," the singer said. "I can't imagine what it would be like having to live under that big of a magnifying glass your whole life ... and fake mustaches, that's what I'd give them."

Brooke Burke went the more traditional route, saying she would get Will and Kate a journal to record the big event. "I would ask them to really take the time to write down thoughts and phrases and wishes," Burke said. "And not really to lose sight of how they feel about each other now and to really hold on to that feeling."

Kathy Griffin had good intentions but the comedian couldn't resist a puke joke.

"If I had to get the royal couple a gift, I would get them the Royal Couple Vomit Bag, which someone sent me a photo of," Griffin told us. "So you can actually buy vomit bags with their image on it, and I think that that is an honor and I hope that they see it as such."

What would you give to William and Kate? Share your ideas in the comments section!

Justin Bieber Leaves Tyler, The Creator 'Starstruck'

Odd Future MC dreams of crafting a '90s-R&B-style beat for JB.
By Rob Markman

Photo: Kevin Mazur/ WireImage

It may be a stretch to call Tyler the Creator a Belieber, but the Odd Future maestro is a definite Justin Bieber fan.

"I met Justin back in February. He's a cool kid and sh--," Tyler told MTV News. "When I got in there, he was talkin' about the 'Yonkers' video and sh--. It was weird, because I was sitting here starstruck, like, 'Oh, f---, it's Bieber. He's asking me questions.' I'm like, 'Shut the f--- up so I can talk to you.' "

The outspoken rapper/producer may not have been able to get a word in edgewise, but he isn't deterred: He still has dreams of crafting a track for the Biebs. So is the OFWGKTA terror going pop? Not exactly.

"I just want to make '90s R&B, like break beats, hard drums with pretty chords and sh--," Tyler said of the type of track he'd make for Justin. "I really want to do that. Like, I be listening to Brandy or the first three Mary J. [Blige] albums and sh-- and Faith [Evans] and Zhané and sh--. That sh-- is awesome."

Bieber is no stranger to hip-hop. On top of collaborating with Kanye West and Raekwon on a remix of "Runaway Love," his upcoming holiday album features Busta Rhymes. On their version of "Little Drummer Boy," Bieber's rap alter ego, Shawty Mane, even gets in on the action. "If you really think about it, it's genius, because it's rapping on a Christmas album ... and, like, I'm rapping on it. And then it's singing," he explained to us during the "MTV First" premiere of his "Mistletoe" video. "It's cool. [Busta's] got, like, a percussive voice to him [and] the beat was so crazy."

The Wolf Gang's knack for pushing the envelope and risqué content may make him and the Biebs an odd match. On October 11, Tyler released a video for "BSD," a sexually explicit track from his Goblin LP and on the same day sent this tweet: "This Video Prolly F---ed Over My Chances Of Ever Working With Bieber. F--- It."

Even if he doesn't get to work with Justin, Tyler's still a fan. "He's chill as f---, though," Tyler said.

Beyonce Puts 'Love On Top' In New Video Tease

Queen B is reportedly set to release her latest 4 video this week, just a week after she dropped 'Countdown.'
By Jocelyn Vena

Just days after she released her video for "Countdown," are you feeling like you already need a new Beyoncé video? No problem. Queen B's got your back!

Even though she just released the Adria Petty-directed, retro-fied clip for "Countdown" last Thursday on MTV and her "Party" clip is waiting in the wings, Beyoncé isn't holding back her video for "Love on Top." A teaser for the latest single from 4 dropped over the weekend.

Find out what the "Countdown" director had to say about B's video shoot!

The short clip features Beyoncé in an all-black spandex bodysuit, rocking a bedazzled captain's hat, tights and high-top sneakers. She shimmies in perfect step with her all-male backup singers as she smiles her way through the song. The video has the appearance of a performance rehearsal taking place in a loft space full of windows.

While her baby bump was on full display in her "Countdown" video, she doesn't appear to be rocking one in this video. Essence.com reported that the video is slated to drop this week, though no further details are available.

In the minute-plus video tease for "Love on Top," we see B on the same set with the same group of dancers — a far cry from the multicolored, manically edited "Countdown" clip that premiered on MTV last Thursday. The mom-to-be referenced everything from "Funny Face" to "Flashdance" in the fast-paced video, which matched the song's urgent beat. Co-director Adria Petty told MTV News that she and Beyoncé handpicked the video's many pop-culture references. "I brought Beyoncé a number of references and we picked some out together," Petty revealed. "Most were German modern-dance references, believe it or not. But it really evolved."

Beyoncé famously performed "Love on Top" at the VMAs back in August. As she danced around the stage in her sequined blazer, it was her baby bump reveal at the end of her performance that made headlines, serving as confirmation that she and Jay-Z are expecting their first baby together.

The video tease is a variation on the VMA performance, which featured Beyoncé performing the track with several backup singers. That night, Beyoncé took the stage and, during the opening notes of the song, told the room, "Tonight I want you to stand up on your feet. I want you to feel the love that's growing inside of me."
